Relishing Reading 📚

I am so very thankful for my parents' commitment to reading. They were both readers, having come from families who read, and they encouraged each of us to read, and read, and read. They made sure we had a collection of books that were age-appropriate and challenging. I remember receiving correction regarding reading only when I chose to snuggle up on the sofa during summer vacation instead of getting sun and exercise out of doors.
