The lightning storm. It was a beautiful summer day when my family and I decided to paddle up the St. Croix River. We got in at William O'Brien Park and lazily meandered up the river, chasing every frog and exploring every nook and cranny along the way, until we started to feel drops of rain, and then we decided to turn around and go back home.
