Dreams do come true, what now?

I’ve built a small business around teaching piano and guitar. it was a dream of mine when I was in nursing school. Here I am, a few years later living the dream. But I’m realizing it’s not enough for me and I want to build something way bigger then what I have.

My name is Avner and I am a musician. But my main income source is teaching piano and guitar. And thank God it's all self, I'm like self-employed. I don't teach in a school or anything. And my dreams have come true. Like a few years ago I was like, I wish I could just do piano lessons full time.
