Hey guys, today we're talking to Caitlin Olmsted about some of her techniques she uses to make her famous sourdough. Caitlin, how did you first get into making sourdough? Well when we first got married I really wanted to learn how to make things from scratch as I grew up in a home where a lot of things was store-bought and so seeing that you grew up in a different background kind of spurred me on and bread was a big one for me.
