i’m not sure if it’s a cold or allergies, but congestion is the culprit

if you have a Surefire way of fending off a cold let me know. anything that will help with congestion- I don’t like constantly clearing my throat and sounding like I just woke up or I’ve had no sleep. Those may be true, but I think it’s something else is going on and I would love to hear your home remedies. Send them my way if you would please.
