I learned to produce results in the Air Force. I transitioned from four years of military service when I turned 21 to an insurance company that was operating in 42 states. I was very much results-oriented when I started, and that meant working when other agents went home. Before I turned 23, I had achieved the top agent position in the state of Ohio.
