I love fresh fruit and vegetables, but it’s a responsibility that I’m not sure you can even prepare for. It’s a lot of trial and error, but I do really wanna waste less. I’m even looking into a pickling pinecones and preserving peels- this will also be the name of my first book whenever I get around to writing it.
