The Rode XDM-100 is a USB Microphone. This test is with the XDM-100 plugged directly into my iPhone 17 Pro via the USB C port. No other processing was done.

Howdy GistFoxers, this is Sven. Today I'm testing out a Rode Microphones XDM-100. This is a USB microphone, typically used in gaming setups, but it's a very capable USB microphone as well. This is directly into my iPhone 17 Pro. If you use this microphone with your Windows or Mac OS system, you get quite a few extra settings that you can do through their UniFi app. But this is just directly into the iPhone 17 Pro, and I'd like you to tell me how you think this Rode XDM-100 sounds.
