Okay, what do I want to talk about? It is September 12th, 2026, and I want to talk about 25 years since 9-11. And I want to say, this entire time I worked in the food service industry, at one place or another, and every year, bar none, September 12, including the first one, September 12 is busy, beyond all reason.
